Return Policy

Electronic Products are warranted for a certain period depending on the product and the manufacturer. And may change from time to time. OnlineNatu is not giving the warranty and does not hold out any warranty rights of products sold. OnlineNatu will not be responsible for any defective/deficient or otherwise unsatisfactory products. No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed.

Conditions for return

Please inform us along with receipt of a Damaged or Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery. Product or products should be 100 percent unused. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices and there should be no alteration. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and correctly packaged so that there is no further damage to the product.

Cancellation Policy

OnlineNatu has the right to cancel your order in case of insufficient stock, suspicious order, half or incorrect information provided. Auto cancellation may also be triggered from the administration end in case of any improper order place. If in case of any technical reasons also we can reject the order. If any charges have occurred during the transaction, it will or will not be refunded would be decided on the nature and the reason of cancellation of order.

Duplicate Bills

A soft copy of the bill will be provided only after realization of complete payment. Additional 200.00 Rs. fees would be charged if the purchase date exceeds 9 months from the date of purchase of the product/products. Shipment Policy

We are 100 percent committed to deliver your product you ordered for accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us. Delivery will be within 4-7 working days of placing the order depending on availability of stock and shipment recourses. No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed. Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is out of stock in case if the payment is done before the delivery is done and the product is not been shipped. OnlineNatu will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment .In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information or recipient not present at time of delivery, any extra cost if incurred by OnlineNatu for re-delivery shall be chargeable extra.

The recipient is supposed to provide an id proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The product would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided. All prices shown in website are inclusive of VAT. Colour choice of product to be mentioned clearly before placing the order, no exchange will be done after the order is placed and delivered only because of the colour variation.
