How do I pay for an Online Natu purchase?

We offer you multiple payment methods at Online Natu. In whatever method you wish to make payment be it online mode of payment, Cash on delivery or payment in advance or we have aslo mentioned our account No. and Name of the Bank where you can directly remit the cash. You can be sure that at Online Natu we have trusted payment gateway partners to secure and keep your transaction. We keep the transation details secret. You may also use Internet Banking and Wallet for your purchase. Online Natu also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Online, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is Rs.49,000.00 ( Rs. Forty Nine Thousand only). It is strictly a cash-only payment method. We don’t except cheques at the time of delivery. Only Indian Rupees is accepted.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards/Debit card

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.

To pay through credit card you have checkout, will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password.

And for debit cards, we will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

What steps do you take or have to prevent card fraud?

Online Natu realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity or fraudulent transactions. We even ask for ID proof, so as to make sure the product you purchase should not land up others hands.

In the rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold until we are sure purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. But if at all we cause any inconenence we apologize, and request them to bear with us in the larger interest to insure the transation done by is safe and secure.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

We have very trusted payment gateway partners. You can be sure your online transaction on Online Natu is secured. We protect your card information while transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

Banks now use the 3D secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional security through identity verification. So you can be 100 percent sure.

What is the approximate delivery time?

At Online Natu we generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The time of procurement of the product.
  • Product’s availability with the manufacturer or seller.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies with each product .In general we incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off some products also, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. For example, you might pay Rs 50 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500. Or if the weight of the product is less than 20 kilo grams. Or some products might even be free home delivery.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of (these many) business days?

It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday in between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day or two to the estimated date of delivery.

Some courier partners do not work On Sundays or the order you places for might be reaching very soon and so on.

How can I get the 3D secure password for my credit/debit card?

You can register for the 3D secure password for your credit/debit card by visiting your bank’s website. Or you can get in touch with your Bank and ask for the password.

Are there any hidden charges you charge at the time of delivery?

There is are no hidden charge and are only delivery charges vary from product to product.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each product?

You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for we need to procure the product. Sellers of the product are also interested in selling the product you are interested in. But saying that availability of the product with the company or seller, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s, your information regarding your postal address etc decides the time of deliver to your location. Please make sure you mention your complete and correct address and don’t forget to mention the nearest landmark and pin code for easy and quick delivery.

Online Natu does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pin code on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
    At all times we try do our best to see to that the product is delivered.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

I need to return a product, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible our Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our logistics you can return the item through a third-party courier.

Would I be able to get the product I ordered for at the time and date I choose while ordered?

The delivery depends on availability of stock and our shipment or logistic company. We will make maximum efforts deliver the product but however we cannot guarantee the same.

What if I don’t leave at the place and address mentioned at the time of order or at the time of delivery?

Our shipment agent generally calls the person who ordered the product while he is delivering the product. If nobody is available at the time of delivery he will reschedule his time of delivery to another time or date.

How will I know whether my product is delivered or no?

We will give continuous updates on your email so you would exactly know where your product is and when your product will reach you.

If I want to postpone the order placed?

You can but it will depend on whether the product is shipped or no. If it is not shipped it can be postponed. If it is already been shipped than you cannot postpone the order.

Can I get my product gift packed?

Yes for some products. It will depend on size of the product. Of course the charges would be extra.

Do you facility of taking orders over phone and payment on delivery?

No, it is not at this moment. But may start in future.

Why there are some products on your website and not in stores?

There are some brands or products exclusively manufactured to sell on at on line stores only and other for stores only .Mostly almost products are available at both the places. It is advisable to visit the site frequently to get the latest prices.

Will I get extended warranty on purchasing at your website?

We are not authorized to give any kind of warranty as we sell all our products which are covered with warrant protection from the manufacturers of the products. We sell 100% genuine products and do not deal with companies that don’t provide warranty. However the period of warranty might vary from company to company, or the time of purchase.

I want your assistance in installation of the product I purchased from you, can you assist me with the same?

Yes we are in contact with the authorized service centers of the companies who would provide you assistance and guidelines for installations purposes and even send a person to the place of installation if required.

There are some of the spares or accessories missing in the product how?

We assure you that the product which reaches you a packed properly and not opened it by anybody. However if these kind of a problems arise we will send you the missing part at the earliest.
